Vinyasa Flow - which level is suitable for me?

At Wild Cat we find it important that you get what you expect. That’s why we have divided our Vinyasa Yoga classes to a few different levels. Not sure which one is suitable for you? Read this short article where we present each one of them!

Level 1/2

Are you new to yoga? Or maybe you’re an experienced yogi but looking for some basic practice to refresh your foundations? This class is perfect for you. During level 1/2 classes we explore basic yoga poses and work on proper technique. We move slowly, to take time for each pose, and use props such as blocks and straps to adjust the pose to our unique bodies.

Level 2

These classes are similar in style to level 1/2 classes, but introduce a few more intermediate poses and feature less explanations of each pose. This level will be suitable for yogis who have joined at least a few level 1/2 classes and feel comfortable with them.

Level 2/3

These classes are for intermediate to advanced practitioners who ae looking to take their practice to the new levels and depths. We explore more advanced poses, such as advanced balancing postures, inversions, backbends. The explanations of the poses are less detailed, we move faster and more dynamically. Before you try level 2/3 make sure you first take a few level 1-2 Vinyasa Flow classes. If you have practiced with Marta before you might feel comfortable joining level 2/3 right away.

These classes are designed for every body. All level classes feature many modifications to make sure everyone has something to work on and can enjoy the practice in their own pace/depth.
